Use cases

Growing SME that needs to secure cash

You are in a structuring phase and cash is your absolute priority. CassKai imports your bank statements, automates AI-powered reconciliation, computes your DSO, alerts you on late payments and gives you weekly forecasts. That's exactly what an experienced management controller would do — automated.

Multi-entity holding with several banks

You manage several companies (SASU, SCI, Ivorian subsidiary, Beninese subsidiary), each with its own bank accounts. CassKai gives you an aggregated view of group cash and per-entity detail, essential for consolidated treasury steering.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my banking data really secure?

CassKai supports bank statement import in CSV, OFX, QIF and PDF formats (with OCR). Authentication of your data stays between you and your bank. Automatic aggregation via Open Banking (Bridge API, ACPR-approved PSAN aggregator, PSD2 compliant) is being integrated and will be available in 2026. In the meantime, your imported statements are encrypted and protected.

Is CassKai connected to African banks?

African Open Banking is being structured. CassKai does not yet offer direct connection to African banks. In the meantime, CassKai accepts statement imports in CSV, Excel, OFX and PDF format (with OCR), with AI-powered automatic reconciliation. Integration of aggregators covering the UEMOA and CEMAC zones is on our roadmap.

How do your treasury forecasts work?

Forecasts rely on four sources: issued invoices not yet collected (with their due dates and an average delay rate computed from each customer's history), received invoices to pay (with their due dates), known recurring flows (salaries, social charges, VAT, rent, loans), and historical cycles (seasonality). The result is a 4-12 week weekly projection and a 3-12 month monthly projection, with optimistic/realistic/pessimistic scenarios.

Can I pay my suppliers directly from CassKai?

Not yet directly from CassKai. SEPA payment initiation via Bridge Payment is being integrated (expected in 2026). In the meantime, CassKai lets you prepare and export SEPA payment files, which you then validate in your bank's interface.
