Niger applies the revised SYSCOHADA (2017 Uniform Act) with the mandatory 8-class chart of accounts for all entities subject to OHADA accounting. Annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, TAFIRE, Notes) must be filed within the legal deadlines.
