Migrating from GESCO to CassKai typically happens in 4 steps over 4 to 8 weeks for an SME or retailer of 5 to 50 employees:

1. Step 1 - Export from GESCO (week 1): export the customer file, the product / inventory catalogue, the sales / invoice history and, if available, the accounting trial balance, in CSV or Excel. For a retailer, the most important is to cleanly migrate the product file, customers and stock balances.
2. Step 2 - Import and mapping via CassKai's wizard (weeks 2-3): CassKai's import wizard accepts CSV / Excel files for products, customers and suppliers, and proposes automatic mapping to the target SYSCOHADA chart of accounts for the accounting part. You validate the mappings.
3. Step 3 - 1-month parallel run (weeks 4-6): for 1 month, you invoice and keep your books in CassKai in parallel. At month-end, you compare turnover, margins, trial balance and balance sheet. If figures match, you are ready.
