Can my sales reps use the CRM without seeing my accounting?

Yes. CassKai has fine-grained roles and permissions. You can create a "sales" role that accesses the CRM, opportunities, quotes and invoices, but does not see accounting, treasury or payroll. Each team member sees what they need, nothing more.

Can I import my customer portfolio from Excel or another CRM?

Yes. CassKai has a CSV/Excel import wizard that automatically maps columns to CassKai fields (name, email, phone, address, NIF/SIREN, etc.). For other CRMs, API connectors are available for the main market solutions.
