Does CassKai really do payroll or only element preparation?

CassKai prepares variable payroll elements (hours, bonuses, absences, reimbursed expenses) and exports them in the format expected by your payroll solution or external provider. For payslip production, DSN and monthly social filings, CassKai interfaces with French payroll solutions (Silae, PayFit, etc.) rather than replacing them. This deliberate choice guarantees payroll always up to date with social regulations without forcing CassKai to become a full payroll editor.

Can my employees submit leave requests from their phone?

Yes. The CassKai interface is responsive and usable from a smartphone or tablet. Leave requests, expense reports (with photo capture and OCR) and time tracking can be done on the go, with no native app to install.

Does the expense OCR work for all languages and currencies?

The OCR (based on Tesseract.js) recognises receipts and invoices in French, English, Spanish and Arabic with good accuracy on key elements (amount, VAT, date, vendor). Conversion to bookkeeping currency is automatic. For ambiguous cases, the user can manually correct before validation.

Does the HR module handle contracts under OHADA rules?

CassKai stores and structures contracts, amendments and employee documents independently of the applicable labour law. OHADA labour law is not unified across the 17 countries — each member state keeps its own labour code. CassKai does not replace local legal advice but provides the structural base (records, contracts, seniority, leave, alerts) compatible with most local realities.
