How does CassKai compute the actual margin of a project?

Actual margin = Billed revenue (ideally collected) - Internal costs (logged hours × team member hourly rate) - External costs (supplier invoices and subcontracting linked to the project). This computation is updated in real time on each time entry, purchase or invoice, and feeds the profitability reporting.

Can my team log time from a phone?

Yes. The CassKai interface is responsive and time tracking works as well on mobile as on desktop. Team members can log their time at the end of the day or in real time, from any device, with no native app to install.

Can I invoice my projects directly from the module?

Yes. From a project, you generate an invoice in one click, choosing the mode (unbilled time, fixed-fee, progress-based). The invoice is created in the invoicing module with all matching lines, ready to send to the customer.
