SYSCOHADA: understanding the chart of accounts
OHADA Accounting System
SYSCOHADA is an OHADA accounting framework whose version and system must be confirmed for our entity.
According to OHADA, AUDCIF was adopted on 26 January 2017 and became effective on 1 January 2018 for individual accounts, then on 1 January 2019 for consolidated and combined accounts and IFRS statements. If our entity falls within scope, we confirm its applicable system. We consult OHADA texts and our adviser to prepare accounts, statements and supporting documents.
